Work With People Who Never Settle.

Senior-only. Full-time. US-based. We hire carefully and treat people right. If you're exceptional and want work that actually matters - we want to hear from you.

01 - Why Work Here

Greatness is a process.

  1. Fail fast.
  2. Be useful, not important.
  3. Don't confuse efforts with results.
  4. Care about the littlest guy in the shop.
  5. Don't apologize for your success.
  6. You don't get things in life, you earn them.
  7. Get respect by giving it.
  8. It may not be our fault, but it is our challenge.
Senior-only culture
100% remote-flexible
Meaningful client work
No bureaucracy
Direct leadership access

02 - Culture

We Express Our Culture. We Don't Award It.

We've never paid for a “Best Places to Work” badge. We don't need to. The proof is in the quality of the staff and their tenure here.

“Take a walk.”

When a team member was struggling with anxiety from a client deadline, Eric's response was: “I don't give a damn. I'll get yelled at. I don't care. Just go take a walk.” That's not a policy. That's the culture. It's been that way since the beginning.

We've fired clients.

More than once, we've ended client relationships because of how they treated our people. Good-paying clients. Not small contracts. We made the call because protecting the team is non-negotiable.

We're at our desks at 3am.

When something breaks in production, the full team responds. We've rescued sites at 3am, replatformed MarthaStuart.com in 7 weeks after a crisis, and solved problems that were nowhere near our scope.

We push back when we're right.

We've told clients their instinct was wrong - that redesigning the homepage wasn't the problem, the checkout flow was. True partnership means you can disagree. We do.

Shopify Account Manager - UX Strategy

UX · Remote (US) · Full-time

We're looking for a Shopify Account Manager for our UX Team who thrives on client interaction, follow-through, and keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff to launch. This person will be the operational backbone of our team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own timelines, agendas, follow-ups, and client-facing calls - with the technical Shopify know-how to confidently navigate platform conversations and the UX fluency to break down client needs into clear, actionable next steps.

Responsibilities
  • Own client communication: Lead calls, manage follow-ups, and be the reliable go-to for client questions, updates, and expectations.
  • Drive accountability: Follow up with both clients and internal teams to ensure we have what we need, when we need it.
  • Build and manage project timelines: Set realistic deadlines from the start and keep everyone on track with clear milestones.
  • Create agendas and run meetings: Keep calls focused and productive; know what needs to get discussed, decided, or delivered.
  • Track deliverables and open questions: Maintain a live view of project needs and what's outstanding, both internally and externally.
  • Translate client needs into UX tasks: Understand what clients are asking for and convert it into clear direction for designers and developers.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders: Collaborate with UX, dev, PMs, and third-party platforms to ensure smooth integration and communication.
  • Create and manage tickets: Log work, track progress, and follow up when things aren't moving.
  • Act as Shopify liaison: Confidently speak to what's possible on Shopify, communicate platform limitations, and facilitate app/integration discussions when needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years account management in e-commerce; 2+ years on Shopify Plus.
  • Strong familiarity with the Shopify platform, including theme structure, apps, and admin tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX and ecommerce best practices - especially what works and what doesn't in a Shopify environment.
  • Proven experience running client calls, managing timelines, and driving task completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - clear, direct, and professional.
  • Meticulous organization skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
  • Ability to keep multiple projects and stakeholders aligned without needing constant direction.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to Figma, enough to open files and annotate for clients or dev handoff.
  • Nice to have: Ability to provide light training to clients on Shopify usage post-launch (e.g., updating PDP content or managing blog posts).
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Hotjar, or Triple Whale to support performance insight conversations and basic reporting.
  • Nice to have: Experience with high level post-launch QA (e.g., verifying a client ask was addressed).
