In early 2023, we worked on a program overhaul to revitalize the affiliate marketing channel.
With the introduction of Capital One Shopping, we were able to produce a 145% increase in affiliate revenue. This was achieved by pulsing commissions and strategic event inclusion. No flat flee placements were required.
We were also able to drive 52% lift in LTK YOY revenue by strategically pulsing commissions in coordination with the existing gifting program.
Additional strategies included collaborating with our Paid Social team to incentivize publishers to convert on specific products and collections being feature in our META advertising, along with partnering with the UPS Subsidies Team to leverage a flat free program, and secure exposure with proven publishers.
